They start calling at 8 am to say they are coming in 5 minutes then they call 2 hrs later to see if they are there yet then they tell you its 29 dollars over the phone to clean the rug they then tell you when they are in your home that its 95 dollars to clean plus a service fee
They finally agree to do the job for 60 only not to use any chemicals to clean the carpet just water
They are theives when i call the company they tell me that they only do rooms for 29 dollars and a "real" cleaning job is 279 and i should know that those prices are never real
