Well where to start I followed a general manager to a new place of employment whith my truck and trailer and was promised the world along with three other operators, my first mistake.
All first four deck operators quit over monies owed in less than 2 months
Second I denied to sign a 17 page gag contract after this compliant 4 more pages
First trip out out made good coin
Second trip out was not as good and was payed on first ringer but fuel was taken off for second ringer, oh they work on ringers not legs, but what proof of delivery faxed in within minutes of delivery.
Third ringer was a disaster 14 days out 500 miles empty and they wanted me to come home for less than $1.35 I refused, got more picks came home for $1.73 per mile I voice my opinion and was told if I'm not happy turn in my tin. So i did.
I quit in April 26 and they still owe me monies to this date Aug 11
I warned (Russel) and (Murry) I was going to post this story, I also called shippers and load brokers with Murry's permission, there excuses at first was they never got paid then all parties concerned including Grant, took turns "sick", out of office, on vacation, I don't know, we'll look into it, ifta tax is due, but its the third quarter, I quit in second quarter, they pass the phone off to each other, even to the dispatcher Ken who doesn't even sign the pay cheques.
