Most horrible shopping experience ever!

"I ordered a bed from them and they sent me an email saying it didn't process. When I was typing in my name, my whole name wouldn't fit so, I thought that may be the problem. I tried again and same thing. I waited a few days and ordered the product ($700.00 bed) from another company. The next thing I know, I get a shipping notification (about 15 days later). I immediately called them - no answer. I left a message - no call back. I emailed and they say too bad - you can refuse it but you have to pay 25% restock fee and the cost of the shipping. I responded to the email and said please call me - they never called. Then, my info had populated an old number. (I didn't realize) When I email again saying what is the deal, they email back saying that they were calling and leaving messages and that I now also owe storage fees on the bed. I told them it is amazing that they will email me about the fees but not email me to say they can't reach me. I called three times all together and no one answers the phone or calls back (I left my correct number when I called). They told me there was never an issue and they only ran my card once - yet, there is a cancelled order in my order history!!! Ridiculous customer service and they basically refuse to talk to you live. Buyer Beware!!!"
