Let deadbeats go

This is concerning the DCSS of GA. These people are not helpful at all. It seems to be ok that deadbeats walk hand in hand all the while of them not paying the child support owed. Now I have never asked for more child support, then 4 years ago, my deadbeat ex stopped paying. Below are copies of emails I have received from the wonderful DCSS of GA. Below is the first email

Any support order we would have established or attempted to established would have only been a temporary order pending your divorce decree being finalized. Actually, your question is so general and without further details about the whole situation, it is very difficult for us to give you an accurate answer. You also need to provide more case identifying information such as the case number and/or your social security number and the name of the other parent before we could even begin to research the system for more details about the case.

This was after trying to contact them over a 4 year period. So I provided them information that they needed and this is the response. Now mind you I will not give any personal information but this is the response I received. After I called them and the wonderful lady was as about helpful as a pile a pooo.

This is the information we have on the closed case. Anytime a person receives Medicaid and/or TANF benefits from the Division of Family and Children Services, a referral is automatically made for us to establish a child support order, in your case a medical support only order. That was in September 1997. We received information that your Medicaid case was closed in January 1998 but we still set up an appointment for you to come in the office with the required paperwork so that we could move forward with the case. You failed to appear on the appointment date set for February 6,1998 and failed to provide the documents we required and since your Medicaid account was still closed, this case was closed on March 27,1998 due to your non cooperation with our process.

.
That is all of the information on the case and we never established an order for you here There is also nothing documented that an UIFSA packet was received and rejected from the state of Tennessee. Since your child is still a minor and if the non custodial parent resides here in Georgia, we would not have rejected the UIFSA petition. We would have required for your state to provide us with certified copies of your divorce decree as again, we were never able to establish a financial or medical support order for you.

Now mind you I did go on Medicaid because the company I worked for would not give any medical insurance. The dates are wrong. They did not send me anything and it comes down to my "failure to comply".

Now with that being said, since my ex husband is a wonderful person/cough. I went to the state I live in. DCSS denied it. I have a court ordered support via the divorce decree and they denied it. Telling the DCSS here to resend the information because a court ordered child support agreement is not sufficient. 25,000 later, hes still not paying. The state of GA in turn said if there was a court ordered agreement that they would not have denied it. Yet that is exactly what they did. This is crazy. Deadbeats go to GA because they will deny all. I am hoping that something gets done soon. Her father can go on vacations, buy atvs, finance new homes, buy expensive gifts, all while not paying his child support. I am at my whits end here. Don't have babies you can't help support. Now lets think about this. For the past 4 years, DCSS has nothing on my child. Soon as I go to the DCSS of Tn they want to say "oh this is a closed case". They couldn't find anything the past four years now amazingly I am to blame for something I never received but it is court ordered. And DCSS is above the court ordered child support. Way to drop the ball. Can't help a mom when her ex is a deadbeat but she goes after him all the sudden you find a bs form. Enough.
