What is Office Depot's real intention with its "TechDepot Services Terms and Conditions"?

What is the "TechDepot Services Terms and Conditions" about?
When you purchase electronic equipment—like a computer—you need to sign this contract.
When you get home and really read the contract it basically allows Office to snoop into your computer.
Can someone explain just what this is?
