Purchased the distributorship under the false impresstion that the product was backed by the National Science Foundation

I purchased a distributorship from Pet Corner International in June for $34,132 plus an additional $4,000 for training from an account specialist. The National Science Foundation was used as proof that their product was safe and was one reason why I thought this would be a good business to buy into. After reading all the information they sent, I called two existing distributors to find out how well they were doing with the business. I now believe that these two people were plants, fakes, phonies and I was totally set up or Flim Flammed. Their names were James Grisham of Virginia Beach and Gerry Carey of Indianapolis. I wish I would have asked for more distributors to call but these two people had such great stories. I have never been able to get ahold of either of these two individuals since then. I have tried many times to call them and Gerry's phone number is no longer her number. I think both of these people should be rounded up and thrown in prison along with Ted/Ed/Bob of PCI. After I bought the distributorship, I hired a guy that was recommended to me by PCI to help set up 16 accounts and this went pretty well. But why wouldn't a store allow you to come in and set up a carousel full of natural products on consignment? Most places that we visited said yes. It didn't take long before some of them wanted me to pull the product out of their store. It wasn't selling fast enough and the mark-up wasn't high enough. If I could get all of my money back today, even half of it back then I would be satisfied.

Right now I have hundreds of bottles sitting on shelves in my storage area getting closer to the end of the born on date. I am interested in joining up with the Class Action Suit! I don't know how to get a hold of the other distributors to find out what Lawyer to call. I found out that the manufacturer of the product is willing to sell it directly to the distributors. I have no idea if this is even legal, obviously we would have to change the label but what would stop Ted/Ed/Bob from coming after us for using their proprietary blend? I have much doubt that we could get any money out of those crooks, the money is surely hidden somewhere waiting for Ted/Ed/Bob to get out of prison so he can go on a spending spree. One of the reasons why I thought this was a good investment was that most of the money was going towards the product and only $12,990 was for the "exclusive territory". I would love to talk to other distributors and see how they feel about all of this.
