The business manual came with the logo and name of the National Science Foundation on the marketing material. I handed this out and the NSF was a selling point.
This and other discrepancies bring up other serious concerns about the company and product. My word and reputation is important to me. Continuing with my substantial investment, keeping my existing retail stores or the ideas of growing my business is unrealistic based on the poor business practice from the company as well as the recent court case with a guilty plea.
