Sneak billing on SBC bill for $12.95 calling it USA Voicemail on a separate page of bill Also on the same day (8/18/04) billed $1.27 for something called a "Non regualated call"

8/18/04 charged $1.27 for a "Non regulated call" according to the SBC.

8/1/8/04 charged $12.95 for "USA Voicemail Premium Monthly Fee."

I did not make any phone calls, receive any phone calls or mail solicitation for this service. I don't want voicemail.
