Fraudulent charges on sbc phone bill ripoff

I opened my sbc phone bill today, 10-15-04, and found fraudulent charges of $19.95 for oan services, usa voicemail

I have sent an email to usa voicemail to remove all charges. I have sent a complaint to the texas public utility commission warning of the collusion between oan services, usa voicemail, and aci billing services. I, nor anyone in my family, signed up for usa voicemail. I am eagerly awaiting a response from usa voicemail and the investigator from the texas public utility commission.
