One Call Comm rip-off! Dishonest fraudlent billing! Internet

I recently receive my phone bill from qwest. To my suprize to fine long distance calling to untd kingd.
Aug 5 1.842 to untd kingd 442073350525 rs 20.0 45.43
aug 6 2.1007 to untd kingd 442073350525 rs 20.0 45.43
tax fed 2.73 state 5.91 total $99.50

This household did not make any of these calls.infact we do not even make long distance calls. I am not going to pay for any calls that we did not do!!!
