USBI, One Call Comm ripoff Fraudulent Billing

Received my phone bill from SWB, and there was a charge from USBI on behalf on One Call Comm. The charge was for a supposed call made on 06/11/04 at 4:35am to Untd Kingd at 442073350525 for 20 minutes at a cost of $45.43 1.36 tax. Will be contacting USBI, One Call Comm, Better Business Bureau, and any others I can think of. This is an outrage!

Hopefully together we can stop this.
