I'm a dunkin regular, however, during my visit on 07/22 to this particular dunkin I received some of the worst costumer service. She was rude and unhelpful, to me and as it appeared to her fellow employees. I feel that part of going out and getting a cup of coffee and being able to enjoy it is directly related to the person taking orders. When I receive bad costumer service for a product that I'm about to eat, then every every time I go to eat that product I'm thinking about the bad experience I just had; which in this case was a coffee and a poor quality employee.
