I can't believe greyhound hires drivers that don't know their routes without getting lost, my daughter took the bus from san antonio to mpls, mn only to miss her transfer in dallas because the so called driver got lost in dallas, now you tell me what business he has driving a bus, now thanks to his driving skills my daughter has to wait in the dallas bus station till 6:30 in the morning, what they should do is reinburse her ticket. But of course we all know that is not going to happen, what a shame for such a big company not to make sure they hire drivers that actually know where they are going!!!
