Greyhound Bus Company, Dallas, Texas Failure to pay on lost baggage claim

My baggage was lost the 7th of August departing from Sacramento to Seattle. Greyhound lost the bags, [its] the 16th of May and I have yet to recieve payment. They owe me 860.00 dollars worth of merchandise. I contacted BBB [Better Buisness Bureau] and they failed to get the promblem solved. My case number from BBB is: 22135889 BBB Dallas, Texas.
