The problem with this company is that the price is 'hidden'. The product does not work. I bought another cream which is not as expensive and is 10 times the product. The supervisor stated that it was fine to bill me since they sent a warning scheduled delivery 3 days in advance. That by itself is wrong. At least 10 days in advance.By the time the warning comes which I have all my e-mails and was never warned of any billing or future deliveries by e-mail and can show printscreens.
They are stating that an automated e-mail is sent only 3 days before delivery. That means they have already taken the amount out of your bank account without you consenting.
My husband was in the hospital for 2 months but I was at the computer by laptop as it is our business e-mail nothing in junk or inbox arrived.
She stated it was our fault that we didn't receive the notification. I explained we had an accounting firm that is supposed to notify us of money being taken out of our business account so we can prepare for it. This system failed and they corrected it by sending us a fax hardcopy and and a phone call. Can't tell you why their e-mail system as well as this Life Cell skin cream both had problems but this has been a working business e-mail for 12 years.
