Have been unsuccessful after many attempts to clear up a billing issues with Frontier. Cannot get credit for a billed I paid. Have spoken via phone several times to their "customer service" department. Faxed proof of payment. Was assured that it would be credited and was offered a lower monthly rate for our bundled services ($154 vs. $190). Latest bill received still reflected the paid past invoice as unpaid and still had the old, higher monthly rate.
