I have never in my LIFE dealt with such rude people. I have sent these idiots 5, yes FIVE payments (4 checks, one debit card # by phone) to pay for the bill. They never received the 4 checks, and even though I was given a CONFIRMATION NUMBER for the payment I made over the phone, it was not applied to my account. I was told that "a confirmation number doesn't mean anything, it just means the transaction was approved." Ok, what is the difference? I am now going forward with legal action against Bellsouth and will NEVER again in my life use their services.
