Beware of hiring this company to restretch your carpets. I hired them to restretch a master bedroom carpet. Using a coupon from a circular, the "discounted" price, allegedly 40% off was still $344.50 for 45 minutes of work, even though local competitors charge $100-$125 per hour. When I complained about the price, the receptionist said that they would stretch the hallway for free.
An employee, who said that he was a part-owner showed up at my home and offered to clean one of the carpets for free, but then added that restretching would an extra fee, contrary to what the receptionist offered. When I told him that I was going to to report the company to the Better Business Bureau, he was surly and replied that he wasn't afraid of me.
He said that Liberty charges what the market will bear, and that they use specialized equipment that other companies don't use. I promptly showed him the door. The following week, several employees called my and attempted to, "make things right." Overall, the restretching job was satisfactory, but this company uses deceptive business practices regarding overcharging customers. Do yourself a favor, hire someone else!
