Ripoff credit card scam reported erroneously to equifax transunion experian ruining my credit rating fraudulent

I am applying for a home mortgage and first national bank of marin is reporting erroneous information since i have never had an account with them. I want this information removed immediately or at least a letter stating that they are a nonexistent fraudulent scam company.
