I bought a tempurpedic matress from the matress warehouse on april 1. I paid $3000 for this matress and was promised two tempurpedic pillows valued at $150 a piece. Theese were back ordered, but they promised me that they would arrive on next fridays delivery. Next friday came and went and each week they promised me that they would be here next friday. After 14 weeks in a row of promises i realized that their promises did not mean anything. I then did somr research and found the many complaints filed with the better business bureau. How can a large company like this keep ripping people off.
