I am a 81 year old woman who on 07-10 2012 went to radioshack to replace a phone for the hearing impaired for my brother who is 86. I have never had this problem with a warranty before, they are telling me that I have to leave a e-mail address. I have made exchanges on warranties before at the montebello store with no problem, Sirs, I am imobile. My warranty is still valid until 1/21. Please consider our problem. I had to ask for a chair to sit down when I went to your store, we are with out a phone My brother needs his phone back without all of this confusion. Thankyou julia montebello calif
