I had purchased a open box camcorder and paid another 50% of the price for there Ultimate Replacement warranty as the sales rep convinced me that they would replace the camcorder with comparable features if anything were to happen to the unit.
Now I have a problem with the camcorder which I had hardly used and even though the warranty says that they will replace the camcorder they are willing to only offer me the store credit for the amount I had paid instead of replacing as per their promise.
The sales guys at the store convince people to buy the expensive warranty and turn deaf ears when there is a real problem.
I spoke to a lot of different people in the store and also made a few telephone calls to the warranty provider and no help from anyone.
