I believe this all started with you not giving us your full address. And we suck. Right

Me: Hello, I purchased some liquid makeup by Mehron, and I know that all sales are final but if the colors are not close match to my skin tone will you even consider a refund?

FX: You did not give us your apartment #. Your order isn't going to be delivered unless this is corrected. As I stated earlier email. UPS will charge us $11. To fix this problem for each. And I see you have 2 orders with this problem. If you don't take these and they're returned to us we still charge you for the shipping to you, what you paid for when your order was placed and we'll charge you a 25% restocking fee. And then returning whatever is left.

Me: I have an log in account with UPS that's how I check for my packages and I can also pick up, just as long as I have my tracking #s they can look up my acct with my Apt #... Sorry,

FX: There's going to be a charge to change each address. I see you have 2 orders out. So it would be an extra $13 to change 1 and then $11 to change the other. $24.00 to fix your address. I need a confirmation from you before I do this.

FX: Then you better tell them you're picking up... Because if it's changed and I have to pay. So will you

FX: I've changed it to "will call'.. Since you are a customer of UPS you'll know what that means. I would suggest purchasing from another company in the future. First you want a refund if the color doesn't match and now this. I don't feel comfortable selling you to anymore. Thank you and good bye

FX: Maybe UPS is ripping you off.

I'll just have them returned to us then. Since I have to pay for it either way. We'll refund what's left after shipping fees out, 25% restocking. And then you can find another place to purchase these from. Because at this point I don't trust you to do the right thing. Have a good day.

Me: UPS already have my address and Apt # in there system why do you need to charge me an extra $24.00 for my Apt #, this is a rip off!!!

FX: How do they have it? Did you call them to change it? They will charge me either way, if we do it or you do. So you want me to pay that fee that UPS will charge me because you're the one who didn't add the apt # to your order? So... Who's ripping who off? I'll email you the bill when it get it next the Monday after next. I don't like paying for other's mistakes, nor think I should. I'm not a big company that when someone makes a shipping error I'm going to pay for it out of my pocket. I could always snatch the order back before you get it and that'll cover the fees. Because even when I have it returned to me I pay extra fees. I've done it before.

I believe this is a bad case of customer service!!!
