Home Depot - GE stove - General Customer Service

I purchased a GE stove last week. My old one broke down and so I had to make a quick purchase without doing a lot of homework. The stove was delivered. It was definitely made cheaply. I decided to make broiled fish for dinner only to discover that the stove (with a broiler feature) does not come with a broiler pan! I returned to Home Depot to inform the salesperson that I did not get a broiler pan. Low and behold it is now an industry wide policy to not include the pan and that you must pay EXTRA for one if you want to ever broil! Great customer relatons. Called the customer service hotline and they were happy to give me the address of corporate. So corporate America, why would you intentionally upset your customers over a what $20 (your cost... Maybe less) broiler pan? Well GE, I will be needing a fridge and it willl not be GE. I did my homework this time and it is going to be a Samsung with quality parts and I saved $700 buying it at Best Buy over the 4th of July! In a few months I will be purchasing a diswasher as well and it will be a Bosch... Not a GE product. Look at how many sales you just lost!!! Add that to your bottom line.
