Sometime in February or March (sorry I do not have the exact date or name of the employee) as I was quite frustrated by her. Anyway I receive a number of coupons in the mail for your products. The one I chose to use was for a bagel & cream cheese. Right on the coupon it shows a picture of a bagel with cream cheese inside and it says. 99 plus applicable tax for a bagel & cream cheese. After I ordered I told her that I had the coupon, she did not give me a total and when I drove up to the window at the drive thru (171 North Gibson Road # 100 Henderson, NV 89014) she said that will be two dollars and change. I gave her the coupon and asked her why it was over two dollars when it should have been. 99 plus 810% tax which comes too $1.07. She insisted even though it said and showed it right on the coupon that the cream cheese was extra. I asked her to look at the coupon and she ignored me and reiterated that the cream was not included. At this point I could see that I was wasting my time so I chose not to argue the point and drove off.

This particular shop is right by my house and I have got donuts, coffee etc. There a number of times, but never again will I use this shop until they teach their employee how to do their job
and do it right.
