Called to cancel services 3 days before they were to "activate services".. Waited two weeks no refund! Called back in... Said they would process and would take 7-14 days to return the monies.
Called today after several weeks, stated I would recv a refund of 1.33 per day of service... I advised customer service rep that the services were NEVER turned on. She advised me that they turned the services on on 4.3.2012 and I called to cut it off cause I was having trouble on the line. I NEVER had dial service with this company... Whereas they say it was on for two days.
SO the 68.18 I paid for installation and my 39.99 per month in advance. Is a nice Xmas gift to this company cause all they want to credit me back is 1.33 for two days which amounts to $2.66... Wow. If need money that bad. Keep it I guess!!!
