At the end of September I received a phone call from JT Card Services and was told I could re-establish my credit. I had talked with a company that month asking to do this so I assumed it was the same people referring JT Card Services to me. BAD ASSUMPTION!!! They told me that I could get a credit card for $2500 and they would take 14.99 a month showing creditors that I am making monthly payments. So they made it sound real good so I got hoodwinked and on october 12 they made a withdrawal from my bank account for 150.00 and told me that my card would get to me in 4-6 weeks after 6 weeks I called and told them I hadn't received my card. They told me they were having trouble with their vendors and that they just got them fixed and I will be receiving the card within 7-10 days after 10 days was up I called again and they told me that they were having trouble with their phone lines but go ahead and let me know your problem so I told that lady I hadn't gotten my card yet she got all my information then the line with dead. I called back and it was busy and I couldn't get through. I tried again the next morning and spoke with a man who said yes I apologize we are sending out gift certificates for a 2 night, 3 day stay at some hotel as a consolation because of the trouble with their vendors - and of course it will be out to you in 7-10 day well that was during Thanksgiving! (I still haven't received the gift certificates either!!!) I called again and the lady told me no worries your card will be to you a week before Christmas and then you can do some shopping! Nope-no card. Now its the new year I called again and got very angry on the phone the man explained that the vendor was ripping them off and now they had a new vendor and your card will be mailed out today! You will receive your card in 2 weeks. Then he had the audacity to say God Bless Maam! Yeah right! I have tried to call every day for the past 2 weeks and the phone is busy so I emailed [email protected] asking for my money back. I got this email from being on hold "forever" they would tell me their email address. This is the email I received back...

As you are aware, due to problems with vendors, JT Card Services has experienced delays in the delivery of the card. The vendor has assured us that your card will be sent to you within the next few days. As a result, JT Card Services cannot consider refund requests until after you have received your card, and then on a case-by-case basis. Please note that this policy is necessary so that the refund process and the card issuance do not conflict with each other. JT Card Services expects to recommence reviewing refund requests in fourteen days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We no longer handle customer services for JT Card Services and therefore do not have any further information.

I am not very happy with your company! First of all I have called six times and email you once! I have been lied to each time I have called and no one ever bothered to reply to my last email! You have taken $150 from me and told me you would send me a credit card in return and I have received nothing but a $20 gas coupon which is way to time consuming to even consider doing!!! I want to know where my credit card is! I last spoke with Jason on January 8th and he assured me that it would be in
the mail by last Monday it is now a week and a day from when he said it would be here and I still haven't received it - which is ridiculous - you took my money without any hesitation on October 12th!!! Of course that is what all the other employess I spoke with said and still haven't received any of those cards that were supposedly mailed out! I am truely unhappy and do not want to do any business with you! Please reimburse my $150 immediately! I will call Better Business Bureau and let them know how you do business! -D

So here I am stuck with a phone number that doesn't work and a person that no longer does customer service with JT Card Services and I am out 150!!! They will NOT get away with this!!!
