I had service with Sage Telecom and when I moved to a new city I called them to let them know that my service needed to be transferred.
They informed me that it would take four to five days for them transfer the service.
After three days and no contact from them, I called and a customer service representative told me that my new location was out of their service area and I would have to find a new provider. That was on November 27. She told me that the old service would be disconnected and I was no longer a customer of Sage Telecom.
I have since then gotten three bills from Sage STILL charging me for service at the old location after all these months. I called and spoke to a representative, Jonathan who was extremely rude, kept interrupting and eventually hung up on me.
I called back to speak to a supervisor who apologized and assured me that it would be taken care of and the bogus charges would be taken off the final bill.
I open the mail today to find ANOTHER bill from them for the Jan/Feb billing period!
Word to the wise, do not use Sage Telecom.
