Swift told me that they would hire me. The recruiter, or liar, told me that I had been approved. She never even sent my app to the investigations.
I had a felony charge 29 years ago. This was known to them. When I went to orientation they harassed me about it 3 days in a row, making me call investigations and explain it to them. All the while telling me that they may not hire me. They put me through all the crap. Physical, piss test, well fitness test and tons of paper work. After all that was done they actually issued me a com data card and then said to go home and maybe they would call in a few weeks. Well the card was dead of coarse and they never called. They also would not tell me why when I called them. The rude XXXholes just told me they were putting me through to a recruiter. This person of coarse never was in and would not return my calls.
I lost a very good job making 800.00 a week over this shit company.
While I was in KC at orientation, I talked to 3 drivers. They were all waiting for their trucks to get fixed. It seems their Volvo's have electrical problems all the time. They issued a truck to a new driver while I was there and it was broke down.
They also have a driver death rate of about 1 a week. They had 8 killed the week before I was there. This is no doubt do to the lousy training they have.
Student drivers only drive 2 hours a day the first week and then 4 hours a day the 2 week and then 8 hours the 3 week. This is done in low traffic areas with no snow or mountains if possible. Then the next 3 weeks are done 11 hours a day but you are driving as a team. This means no mentor to train you because his ass is sleeping. During this time you are driving in high traffic, snow, rain, mountains etc. Bad idea.
