John assures you of everything you request. All changes happen on pick up day, add on packing prices, even though all was packed and ready to load. They don't deliver as promised... 4 days later! Never returns phone calls. Left waiting 4 days for delivery. Had to go buy clothes for my new job because they had all my clothes. Check on line for past license revoked issues. STAY AWAY!!! No return call from owner for damage claim. Don't trust the good reviews on several sites... Check other sites!!!
