The WPRE6150K washer does not clean clothes. I have a case number with GE but they refuse to address the issues and blame the clothes for not coming clean on me. It takes over an hour to wash a small load and still the clothes come out with spots all over them. We have even resorted to manually agitating the clothes to try and get them clean. The representative insisted I schedule a 4th service call, which I did, took a morning off of work, and the technician called me to tell me there was nothing he could do and was not going to show up after I was already waiting hours for him. When I called the representative again, she directed me to the website to review the manual to learn how to wash clothes. How frustrating, not to mention insulting! The unit is still under warrantee and my clothes do not come clean. Searching reviews online show that many, many people are faced with this same problem. Shame on GE for continuing to sell a poor unit and not addressing the problem with the consumer. All I want are clean clothes! I don't think that is too much to ask for with a brand new washing machine!
