Southwest Movers & Relocations - this company owned by 'Gail Cloud' was hired by myself to move our personal property out of state. The next day, 'Cloud' showed up and started giving me a 'speech' about how there were movers in St. George, that would damage your property, use leased trucks, not have proper loaders and unloaders, not be insured, not be bonded, etc.!' I NEVER KNEW, AT THAT TIME, HE WAS DESCRIBING HIMSELF AND HIS COMPANY'! We have damage and breakage and he's telling me, 'my insurance coverage is 60 cents a pound'!'Cloud' didn't want to tell me I needed to take out MORE insurance as HE would have had to pay MORE of a deductable! All in all, my advice is, ' IF YOU'RE IN THE ST. George area, moving out of state or within the state, stay clear and away from southwest moving & relocation if you want your personal property to get there in one piece! Thank you
