Bradley's Furniture lied about a warranty in order to sell my wife and I a table.
My wife was concerned that the type of table may have problems in the Utah climate, so we decided to go look somewhere else.in order to keep us in the store the salesman (who is a relative of the owner) told us that the advantage of buying from them was that they were a local small business and that they gave a lifetime warranty on what they sold.
My mistake was not getting this in writing, but I trusted the "friendly local small business." What a mistake. The table is now cracked and bowed after only two years, and never being moved.
We called thinking that there would be no problem, they were so friendly after all, but instead they talked to my wife like she was stupid, told her they would charge her for repairs or replacement, and if she did not want to do that she could feel free to go to home depot and buy some wood glue.
Do not shop at Bradley's Furniture. Not only do they lie, but they give local small businesses a bad name by using it as a selling point and then not living up to the reputation they tell you they have.
