Paid the dues they've had a sell going for ever and cant use card on merchandise

I purchased the card for 179.00 it has a $7000.00 dollar limit im trying to build credit so i thought it was a good idea since ive had the card the have had a sell going on which you cant even use the stupid card i want my money back period.
