Consumer Preferred Credit card company promised to send me a credit card with a 5000 dollar limit. However 4 weeks later after i had already paid the 49 dollar fee for the card to be rushed, i was sent a "merchandise card" and catalog.

I was unaware that this was a merchandise credit card in the first place. However i went to inquire about this card online and foung that the ste doesnt even exist. I found a site the first time i visited bbut when i went back a second time there was no site to be found! Supposedly there is a 200 dollar activation fee that will be charged to this merchandise card that was sent to me.
