Expresscopy ripoff Extremely poor customer service, delivery of useless goods

I placed a printing order via the website from expresscopy.com and rechecked my order via their website. Upon delivery of the print order I noticed several changes were made. I contacted the company and provided screen captures of the correct order proof. The company denies any errors and refuses a refund or even a credit for reprinting the correct order.
