Short version is...
Gave him 50% up front. Going good the first couple weeks. Picked out a template. Then after that, could never a hold of him. Voice mails, texts, e-mails... Nothing, day after day. He would even "pocket answer" sometimes. This is extremely frustrating.
The final straw is when he sets up a appt. For both of us to be on Skype to go over what he has done so far.
First time, after rescheduling my day, he calls at the last minute and says "I have my kids 8th grade graduation... You just found this out now? Second time, calls again at the last minute again and says... I had to got ot L.A... Again you just now found this out. Third time, after rescheduling my day AGAIN... He never even calls and goes completely missing.
As far as I'm concerned in almost 4 months... NOTHING was done... He originally told me it would be 1 to 2 months. He obviously has NO customer service. I have also been very busy, but I treat all my customers with respect and keep in touch with them. Big or Small.
I did get my money back, But, I have also lost out on not having a website at the peak of the spring/summer, which has cost me lost sales. So, I DO NOT recommend So Cal Rich / A to Z tasks.
