First of all I paid nearly $200 for a diaper bag for a baby shower, it took over a month just for them to ship it, I was told they would ship it on time, NEVER HAPPENED! Waited over a month after payment!
My E-mails were responded by the same woman, and my calls each time even after they claimed to have hired new Customer Service employees, and new Management... Same lady everytime! She E-mails me with rude and unprofessional E-mail responses when asking for my bag that I paid for over a month ago! Stopped responding to my e-mails and phone calls all together.
They use a cell phone, I could tell by the default voice mail greeting, then the next day it changed to that same lady saying that they are busy assisting customers, doesn't matter what day or time you call, it will always ring and end up saying the same message even though I know it's not a multiple line phone, it's a cell phone! So they recorded that so people will just think they are busy assisting other customers. I filed a dispute with Paypal on them, then they finally e-mailed me a tracking number that doesn't work, they said give it 48 hours... I have no idea what to believe after all that. They wouldn't refund me, even though I no longer need the diaper bag! I ended up getting a different gift for the baby shower, the stupid thing is I paid for the quick shipping! This lady is horrible at providing customer service! She has absolutely no respect for her consumers! Do not buy from bagbinge if you don't want to waste a couple hundred bucks!
