Milton C. Taylor MBA My Employee Paychecks not recieved 100 hrs worked total $1,700.00 over 30 days late now

Was Employed 4/10 with FES, INC on a temp one month job to remodel a Red Lobster in Wyomissing PA got paid the first 2 weeks the 2nd 2 final weeks where due to be paid on 5/11 never got a paycheck got an Email on file said there was a problem with payroll and would receive my 100 hrs=$1,700.00 paycheck on 5/18 well that day came. Still no check called MR. Milton C. Taylor @ FES, Inc no answer 2 or 3 times Left a polite message asking where my paychecks are he called back

I was not home he left a message on my answering machine that I have saved said since i am no longer an active employee they would be mailing in stead of direct deposit... And my check was on sue`s desk

For mail out well that was 5/18 never got the check been calling them ever since they dont answer or return my Emails I had contact the US dept of labor they tried to contact them and again no answer to there calls... They told me to contact an attorney. But I am broke with no paycheck
