James Jackson suspended employees for taking off Martin luther king Jr. Day. Said employee called company that friday to request paycheck. Employee told Mr. Jackson his children had no diapers.
After several argumentitive calls. Mr. Jackson told employee his wife had already mailed the check. After one week employee called Mr. Jackson to inquire about paycheck.
Mr. Jackson would not take call from that employee. He told other employee's that he was having $200.00 deducted from that paycheck. How could that have happened if he had already mailed the check???
Said employee's brother inlaw, saw the paycheck on the dashboard of Mr. Jackson's vehicle. To this day paycheck has not been recieved by employee, despite numerous requests by said employee and other employee's. Paycheck was originally to be recieved January, 24.
