In late February/beginning of March, I purchased a custom diaper from Jamie at Bumblebaby Diapers. After paying, I was told the turn around is expected to be 4 to 6 weeks.in May, the Bumblebaby Diapers had a message stating that she had issues going on but she would still fulfill orders or refund. I hoped for the benefit of the doubt and asked that I still receive the item. I was told I would hear from her on Monday with an update for shipping.

I did not hear from her on Monday with an update on shipping and after approx 2 1/2 weeks, I questioned again. At this time, she refunded me the cost of the diaper but not the shipping (I had paid extra for tracking to confirm when it would arrive). Jamie informed me that it must have been lost in the shipping process and she'd file a claim. Since I had paid extra for tracking, I asked for the tracking number to look up myself. She never responded to that e-mail. She never responded on the Facebook page, which has since been deleted. Her website is down, e-mails are bouncing, and many are having issues.

I found out I am not the first individual to have the "lost in shipping" issue.
