Robert Scott McCain is a criminal. He was my husbands friend of 35 years or so he thought. He obtained a Credit card from HSBC bank and maxxed it out. He obtained a residential phone and never payed the bill. He got cell phone service for himself and his family and never payed the bill. My husband rented a room from this man and Rob took his mail opened it read it got his social security number from his military records and then proceeded to use for himself. We never knew anything about all these charges until we tryed to buy a house and they showed up on my husbands credit report. We reported it to the local police but they said the statue of limitations was up to prosecute in the state of Florida. I also know another gentleman that moved in to Robert McCain's house after my husband moved out. He and his girlfriend stayed a couple of months there. Well when he moved out his tax refund check came to that address and Mr McCain kept it, opened it and showed everyone bragging that he was going to keep it. The other man had to have another check reissued from IRS which took almost a year to recieve. Mr McCain is bad news. Beware!!!
