I should have looked these guys up before I ordered - I see other complaints like mine... They don't have a phone number on their website and they don't reply to emails. I spent $210 for what was supposed to be "16-18 inch" hair. I measured it and the longest part was 14"!! The hair is supposed to be "Human hair" but it is def not. It's ridiculous, these people are crooks!
