I scheduled a move about 2 to 3 weeks before the date we needed to move"June 2" for 8 A. M in the morning. June 1st, one of the administration staff "foreign" male, contacts me and said he could not get a truck out there until 6 P. M June 2. We had people that where going to move in at 12 A. M June 2nd and I told him that I needed to stick to
the schedule. I informed this individual that I would call him back and talk to the people. I called him that day and informed him that this would be ok. I also clarified that I did not want ANY SURPRISES, so I confirmed our 6 P. M move, and the 95.00 rate. I also informed him that we did not have 2 rooms completely packed, and inquired if that would cost extra money, He stated "This will just cause your move time to increase and will cause you to pay a little bit more" which I responded " Sounds good".

4 P. M rolled around and I get a call from him that they will be an hour late When 7 P. M rolled around I called back and asked them where they were, and he said he would call the driver The driver called me and stated " I am going to be
about another hour, and I also have to get your paper work "They ended up showing up around 8:10 P. M "over 2 hours late" and started work around 8:30 P.M. They did not have enough box's so I ran to home depot to spend about $30.00 on 15 box's and tape Around 12:30 A.M. We headed out to the house which was 18 miles away. When they got to the house, we went over the paperwork and I was charged for 6 hours of work "570.00". Then I was charged 710.00 for packing supplies, 95 for overtime, 175 for fuel, and 95.00 for the 30 min ride to the new location had to spend a total of 1645.00. I had an issue with this and they stopped moving everything out of the truck Keep in account I had my 4 month old girl, 9 year old girl, and wife real tired at 1:30 am, and this put me in a position called the English guy and told him that all these cost where not in the contract. He gave me a 10% discount. I had to sign because I would not get my stuff and my girls would have nowhere to sleep.

The movers only moved the heavy stuff into the rooms and upstairs, they did not put the LABLED box's anywhere except all in one room which made it impossible to move around in and do anything. They also broke the bed frame, my server rack for my network and server equipment, one of the drawers are busted because it fell out during the move, they put bad tape on wood which ripped the paint off when taking it off. And not to mention, about 1000.00 in hidden cost's. Also,
they knew I would never be able to find another company to move me in such a short amount of notice, so they knew I was stuck and had to go with them when they treated us this way.

If the company was to refund me at least 500.00 I would update this complaint and usacomplaints.com to them at least honoring us. Furthermore, i would like the company to put ALL COST's on the contract. I would also like the company to give discounts if they do not honor the service agreement time "Which I did get a 10% discount, but had to beg for"
