I have had amounts totaling over $100 debited from my checking account that I did not authorize. It has been impossible to contact Chadwick by phone to resolve the matter. I have been placed on hold for more than 30 minutes after which the line just goes dead. The website is no better I have left several e-mails with no response. When attempting to access My Account history, I get an Oops and to check back shortly. Nothing has worked. This is by far the poorest customer service I have ever received.
