Terrible latte and service

The one in Largo/Pinellas Park, Fl off of US Hwy 19... The girl taking my order was rude and kept interrupting me before i could finish my question. Then the latte I ordered only filled half the cup (including the foam) and tasted burnt. When I said something she replied thats how latte are, then walked away.
