I signed with Steve Davis on 9/21, at which time I paid $149.00. He told me that I (Heart & Soul Wellness Studio) would receive a full-page advertisement on the 2nd page of the magazine and my daughter (Utopia Salon) would receive a page advertisement on the 3rd page in Living Well Today magazine. He stated that the first issue would be out by the middle of October and I would not be billed until 12/1. He told me that the magazines would be available at high-end places such as Whole Foods, The BMW dealership, Kristinias, and all other Health Food places in the Fresno area. Steve stated that my ads would appear in their magazine on line within 2 weeks.
I received ONE copy of the magazine on 12/23. My ad was a page and it was not on the 2nd page of the magazine. My ad was never in the magazine online. I was billed 11/1 for the amount of $333.00 not $321.00 as the contract had stated. I have paid $666.00 on credit cards, which I am now disputing.in January, I called and spoke with Trisha and told her I had not seen any of Living Well Today magazines at Whole Foods or any other Health food place. She told me that they delivered 3 times at that date, to Whole Foods and the BMW dealership. I called Whole Foods and they have not receive Living Well Today magazines and refuse to have anything to do with them, as they have proven to be misleading and not a reputable company. I called the BMW dealership in Fresno and they have not heard of Living Well Today. I checked with other Health Food Stores and they also not heard of Living Well Today.
