After hearing this advertisement and wanting make my dollar stretch, but I should have known when I was asked to pay up front for the study. But when I made attempts to call the company, I was on the phone for over 35min, only to be told that I needed to file a refund once I received the product. Crazy, shut this crazy company down. Enough voices of people who have been taken should be able to make this happen.
