Not Trustworthy

We are a 9 unit condo in la playa, one elevator no pool, no backyard, small garden in front we, have used allegis for two years, are building, looks like a getto, no service at all, 425 a mo a rip off, 40,000 in reserves and the management company told us the state of ca says we need 100000 in reserves, they are a horrible company, if you want say they are a company, don;t use. Run. Not trustworty
