Buyer Beware!
In March of my wife and I purchased our first new home and decided to have a pool put in. After meeting with a salesman from Aqua Pool and Spa we agreed to hire them to build our pool. After many problems throughout the building process they finally finished with our pool. Much to my surprise something didn't look right, the pool sat-up out of the ground by 2-3 feet. They had taken way to much dirt from my backyard leaving the ground level extremely to low. I contacted them with my concern and after much discussion and poor customer service they agreed to dump 3-5 yards of dirt in my driveway that I had to wheel-barrel back myself.
Once I finally transfered all the dirt I thought I was ready to start with my landscaping!"WRONG". After starting to rototill my backyard I realized that they buried all the hard pan chunks underground. This made for a huge problem and was very disappointing.
At this time Aqua Pool and Spa had received full payment from me and could care less about my concerns. They were horrible through the whole process and clearly only wanted my money. If your considering getting a pool built I strongly recommend not using Aqua Pool and Spa as you will be wasting your hard earned money.
